Find the quiet.

And think about what makes you come alive.

It doesn’t have to be something big, momentous or difficult to do. It could be as simple as listening to a piece of music that inspires you, taking an adventure to a new place, or shutting the door on the rest of the world and having some genuinely indulgent ‘me-time’.

Whatever it is, don’t be afraid to let yourself be yourself.
